CurlyAnkles is a versatile cross platform GTK extension library written in C for GNU/Linux. It implements many advanced features such as docking windows, auto-hidden windows, detachable page windows, customisable toolbars, mouse gestures, tabbed/multi document interfaces and customisable menus. The framework strives to marry this flexibility and power, with the existing ease-of-use of the GNOME graphical user interface. Though the library is geared towards GNOME, it does not contain GNOME specific dependencies and should therefore work on a GTK supported OS with correctly installed GNU tools; though a Visual Studio project has been provided for users of Windows. Any sort of suggestions or patches for CurlyAnkles are welcome.
